General Gunsmithing
Maintenance and care are necessary steps to keeping a firearm in the most reliable and safe operating condition. A firearm that is rusty and dirty won’t look good, it may not operate properly, and it may even be unsafe to shoot.
Cleaning a firearm after every use takes only a few minutes and ensures accuracy, good working order, and a long-lasting gun finish. On the other hand, a neglected firearm will be difficult to clean and will often be badly pitted, sometimes beyond repair.
